Orthopedic implants and consumables
Delivery of orthopedic implants and consumables: Detailed specifications and quantity requirements are defined in Annex No. 2 of the SWZ (price form). Products must comply with Polish law, possess CE marking, declarations of conformity, attestations, certificates, and registration certificates if required by law. Medical devices additionally require certificates of admission for trade and use in Polish healthcare facilities in accordance with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022, and the Act on the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices, and Biocidal Products of March 18, 2011.
