This includes 1,400 highly osmolar three-chamber bags (volume 1,950 ml – 2,050 ml, osmolarity 1,170 mOsm/l – 1,300 mOsm/l, lipid content 75 g – 80 g, glucose content 220 g – 250 g, amino acid content 100 g – 114 g, shelf life after mixing 48 hours); 320 high nitrogen content three-chamber bags (volume 2,000 ml – 2,025 ml, osmolarity 1,270 mOsm/l – 1,300 mOsm/l, lipid content 58 g – 70 g, glucose content 146 g – 171 g, amino acid content 133 g – 152 g, shelf life after mixing 48 hours); and 180 peripheral three-chamber bags (volume 1,000 ml – 1,400 ml, osmolarity 750 mOsm/l – 760 mOsm/l, lipid content 30 g – 49 g, glucose content 75 g – 96 g, amino acid content 25 g – 35 g, shelf life after activation 36 hours – 48 hours). The three-chamber bags must be supplied by a single manufacturer.
