Delivery of a parking enforcement system: Provided as SaaS (Software as a Service), as a fully operational, ready-to-use turnkey system requiring no client-specific customization. Integrations into the client's existing systems are not considered customization. The fixed contract period is four (4) years, after which the contract continues indefinitely with a mutual six (6) month notice period, unless the contracting authority terminates the contract at the end of the fixed term. Partial or alternative offers are not permitted.
