Technical renewal and digital expansion of parking systems: 5 existing systems of Kur- und Kongreß-GmbH Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe and the parking system in the Karstadt parking garage are completely renewed. The facilities are expanded for digital parking processes with license plate recognition, QR code functions, cashless web payment, digital discounting, and self-service functions for short-term and long-term parkers. Services include delivery, assembly, integration, commissioning, and acceptance of components at all locations, provision and setup of central software and control computer components. Technical requirements: central management via existing control computer/cell computer topology, continuous parking process (entry, identification via ticket/license plate/QR code, payment, exit, audit-proof billing), manufacturer-coordinated interfaces, firmware/backend versions, and data models. Assembly and commissioning take place during ongoing operation with minimized downtime. Acceptance: partial acceptance per location after functional test, formal overall acceptance after system integration. Other services: complete technical documentation in German, instruction of operating personnel per location, administrator training for the control computer system. A maintenance contract for software, control/cell computers, 24/7 technical service center, and on-site maintenance & repair standby service must be concluded.
