Maintenance and Development Services for Kofax Components

Maintenance services for Kofax standard software, the EHUG connector (individual software), and Kofax Capture Custom Modules: An EVB-IT maintenance contract for Kofax software and an EVB-IT service contract for the EHUG connector, as well as maintenance for the Kofax Capture Custom Modules, are required, each starting January 1, 2027, and will be billed via an annual flat rate. Additionally, creation, development, and other services are needed under a framework agreement, including development and further development services for the existing EHUG interface and new specialist procedures, configuration and development services for connecting new specialist procedures, as well as consulting services, workshops, and operational support (e.g., installation/configuration work, on-site development work, telephone or remote support). These services support the specialist procedures for the Electronic Commercial and Cooperative Register (EHUG), the electronic criminal record exchange (ESTA), and the document management system DOMEA of the Federal Office of Justice.
