Green Space Maintenance, Tree Pruning, Felling, and Planting in La Celle St Cloud

Green space maintenance, tree pruning, felling, and planting: The contract is primarily awarded at a global lump sum price. It also includes services and interventions based on a unit price schedule. These services will be determined by the contracting authority on this basis and will be subject to the issuance of purchase orders according to the conditions set out in articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. The on-call portion of the contract has no minimum value and a maximum amount of 300,000 Euro (net) for the duration of the contract. The contract includes a review clause and a clause for similar services.
