Embellishment of Caretaker Lodges and Signage for Elogie-Siemp Properties

Embellishment works and signage for approximately 200 caretaker lodges: Supply and installation of harmonized signage (interior reception panel, exterior flag, building identification panel), creation of a painted wall in Elogie-Siemp colors, installation of a water point in lodges lacking one. The procurement is structured as a mixed contract, primarily a global fixed-price contract for 100 lodges and the remainder plus identification plates on call-off. Additionally, it is a single-award framework agreement, with no minimum amount and a maximum of 80,000 € net over the total contract duration.
