Maintenance of public green areas, parks, and children's playgrounds in Kutina: includes regular, enhanced, and emergency maintenance. Regular maintenance involves machine mowing of public green areas (intensive care approx. 7 ha, extensive care approx. 33 ha), mowing of weed areas (approx. 4 ha), collection of biological waste and waste from passers-by, care of park and avenue trees (approx. 5,000 units), leaf collection (approx. 5 ha), maintenance of green hedges and ornamental shrubs (approx. 2,000 m), planting of plant material and replacement of worn-out plantings, maintenance of flower beds with seasonal plants (approx. 300 m²) and perennials (approx. 400 m²), design and maintenance of lawns and parks, repair and maintenance of park benches (50 units). Works are to be performed based on individual orders. Regular maintenance tasks must be completed within 10 calendar days of electronic order receipt. Enhanced maintenance tasks include mowing of weed areas and thickets, lawn establishment, stump removal, planting of trees, shrubs, and flowers, tree pruning, and must be completed within 15 calendar days of electronic order receipt. Emergency maintenance tasks involve remediation and securing of damage sites (traffic accidents, storms, vandalism) and must be performed immediately upon notification, at the latest within one hour, regardless of weather and time of day (0-24 hours); further items as per the tender documents.
