Care services for clients of the Gorzów Wielkopolski Social Services Center

Care services: Provision of ordinary care services at the place of residence for clients of the Social Services Center in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Includes assistance with daily living needs, hygienic care, doctor-recommended nursing care not requiring medical qualifications, and fostering contact with the environment. Specialized care services, specialized care services for the mentally ill, and neighborhood services are excluded. Estimated 350 beneficiaries per month, approximately 7,000 hours per month. The planned scope for the basic 24-month period is 168,000 hours, with a minimum guaranteed scope of 109,200 hours. Extension option for a total of up to 24 months: either once for 24 months or twice for 12 months each. One service hour equals 60 minutes of actual service; travel time is not included. All quantities are estimates.
