Photovoltaic installations and construction works for public buildings in Katowice

Delivery, assembly, commissioning, and handover of two complete photovoltaic installations with associated construction works for the Pałac Młodzieży im prof. A. Kamińskiego and the Miejski Dom Kultury „Szopienice-Giszowiec“ in Katowice. The service includes in each case the planning and approval of the installations, delivery of equipment and building materials, electrical installations, creation of an automatic system comprising PV panels, inverter, reactive power compensation, electrical installation and grounding, adaptation of the lightning protection system, construction of PV module structures, cabling, mounting of inverters and smart meters, delivery and installation of reactive power compensators, adaptation to regulations (including fire protection switch), execution of tests and measurements, programming and commissioning of the control system, staff training, and the creation, delivery, and installation of an information and commemorative plaque (80x40 cm). For the Miejski Dom Kultury, an energy storage unit (at least 24.84 kWh) and an additional layer of torch-on roofing felt on the roof are also included. All components must be certified and compatible with the central monitoring system of the city of Katowice. The warranty and defect liability period is 60 months from final acceptance. The investment is co-financed by European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027.
