Maintenance Services for the Katowice Intelligent Monitoring and Analysis System for 24 Months

Maintenance services for the Katowice Intelligent Monitoring and Analysis System (KISMiA): Initial system review, optimization work based on the review report, quarterly technical infrastructure inspections, maintenance and modification of analytics, diagnosis of hardware and KISMiA infrastructure problems, handling or supporting warranty claims, monitoring security events and incidents, operating parameters of server hardware, storage arrays, and network devices, handling service requests, making changes to hardware configuration and KISMiA system components, installing updates and patches from software manufacturers and monitoring software changes with installation recommendations, updating software on KISMiA devices according to manufacturer recommendations, conducting KISMiA system operation training and providing substantive support with technical consultations, documenting all system changes, dismantling and assembly work including hardware configuration or reconfiguration, periodic inspections of systems and devices installed in the DATACENTER and the generator room, Stulz air conditioning service, documentation and periodic reporting of all service interventions, cleaning of up to 20% of KISMiA system cameras, performing necessary maintenance inspections. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a maximum incident response time of 4 hours, hardware failure resolution time of up to 48 hours, critical software error resolution time of up to 24 hours, and other software error resolution time of up to 72 hours. During warranty repairs, a functional replacement device with identical performance parameters will be provided. Duration: 24 months.
