Pipetting robot for molecular diagnostics in pathology: Procurement of an automated, modular system for automating sample preparation for NGS-based diagnostic procedures and for processing various kits, reagents, and liquids. The system includes hardware, software, a control workstation, and method implementations for diagnostic workflows. Services include delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance, and user training. Optional services comprise additional device components, further method implementations, training and application support, and maintenance services. Invoicing must occur by December 18, 2026, at the latest. The total budget (including all options) is €392,849.20 net / €467,490.55 gross. Of this, €194,957.98 net / €232,000.00 gross is allocated for the device (including delivery, installation, commissioning, basic on-site training), and €15,126.05 net / €18,000.00 gross for the method setup for Archer panel.
