Delivery of a sequencing device for small to medium applications in molecular pathological diagnostics: including software, installation, commissioning, acceptance, and instruction. The system is suitable for targeted RNA analyses, pathogen detection, and amplicon- and enrichment-based sequencing procedures, supporting primary and secondary analysis. Additionally, a framework agreement for the supply of reagent kits for 48 months (estimated quantities, no minimum purchase obligation). Optional maintenance services are also included. Delivery, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of the device must occur by December 11, 2026, for invoicing. The total budget is €376,728.01 net / €448,306.33 gross, with a proportional amount for the device (including delivery, shipping, installation, commissioning consumables, and training) of €97,607.14 net / €106,858.20 gross.
