HVAC and Sanitary Planning Services for General Renovation of Johanneskirchen School Campus

Planning services for heating, ventilation, and sanitary (HVAC and Sanitary) systems for the general renovation of the Johanneskirchen school campus at Musenbergstraße 38, 81929 Munich, and for a replacement new building for building 3. The complex includes buildings from 1986 to 1990 with a total of 4 school buildings for primary and secondary schools, specialized rooms, full-day care, seminar rooms, an auditorium, a pedagogical-audiological counseling center, and a gym and swimming pool. Interim buildings are planned for the primary and secondary schools and the gym during the construction phases. The project is divided into two construction sections. The general renovation of the school buildings and the gym and swimming pool (FÖZ 1+2) includes a space program for the support centers of approximately 3,710 m² usable area NUF 1-7 and a gross floor area of approx. 6,000 m². The gym and swimming pool have 1,680 m² usable area (NUF 1-7) and a gross floor area of approx. 3,600 m², including a 3-field gym with ancillary rooms and a swimming pool with a movable floor. The replacement new building for building 3 (FÖZ3) comprises approximately 1,200 m² usable area for the pedagogical-audiological counseling center, full-day care, and home economics specialized rooms. The basement houses the technical center (district heating, drinking water) for the entire area, which must be structurally and technically preserved. The replacement new building in the basement is to connect to the existing underground car park and sunken courtyard. Interim buildings are planned for the primary and secondary schools + PAB during the general renovation of support centers 1, 2, and 3 in the first construction phase. further items as per the tender documents.
