ELT Planning Services for General Renovation of Johanneskirchen School Campus

Planning services for the general renovation of a school campus in Munich, Musenbergstraße 38, comprising an ensemble of buildings from 1986 to 1990 and a replacement new build for building 3. The project includes the renovation of a total of 4 school buildings, a gym and swimming pool, and the construction of interim buildings for the construction phases. The use of the school buildings includes primary and secondary school with specialized rooms, full-day care, seminar rooms, an assembly hall, and a pedagogical-audiological counseling center. The general renovation of support centers 1 and 2 and the gym and swimming pool affects approximately 3,710 m² of usable area (NUF 1-7) and approx. 6,000 m² gross floor area for the support centers, as well as 1,680 m² of usable area (NUF 1-7) and approx. 3,600 m² gross floor area for the gym and swimming pool. The replacement new build for building 3, which will house the pedagogical-audiological counseling center, full-day care, and home economics specialized rooms, comprises approximately 1,200 m² of usable area. The technical center in the basement of FÖZ 3 (district heating, drinking water) must be preserved. The project is divided into two construction phases, further items as per the tender documents.
