Design, construction, and equipping of high-speed railway lines No. 85 and 86: includes the basic execution of project documentation and construction works in the KSRK (excluding TMS-D and CTC), telecommunications, and non-traction electrical power sectors for the sections LK85 (Warszawa Zachodnia – Kotowice, Kotowice – Łódź Fabryczna with connection LK8501 Parzniew – Kotowice, Podg. Retkinia – Sieradz Północny (non-guaranteed scope)) and LK86 (Sieradz Północny – Kępno – Bierutów). Also included are necessary works for the functional connection of the KSRK system to the existing network managed by PKP PLK S.A., including the construction of railway connections for high-speed lines with conventional lines. The service involves obtaining all necessary permits and certificates for commissioning the line.
