Design, construction, and supervision for the energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building in Pernik, Vasil Levski Str., bl. 15: Development of an investment project as a technical project for construction works with a gross floor area of 4,839.04 sq.m., aiming for a minimum energy consumption class "B" and a primary energy saving of at least 30%. This includes the execution of construction works with delivery of construction products, machinery, and labor, as well as the exercise of author's supervision during construction according to Art. 162 of the Territorial Structure Act.
