Design, construction, commissioning, and handover of a municipal waste thermal treatment plant (ITPO) with high-efficiency energy recovery in Wysokie Mazowieckie as a turnkey project: preparation of project, construction, technological, and installation documentation including permits; supply of necessary equipment and materials; preparatory works; construction works for buildings, access roads, maneuvering areas, fire roads, external connections, and technological, sanitary, power supply, electrical, AKPiA, CCTV, and fire protection networks and installations; dismantling, demolition, and removal of existing conflicts; installation of equipment for technological, sanitary, power supply, electrical, AKPiA, IT, CCTV, and fire protection installations and networks; commissioning, trial operation, regulatory operation, and warranty operation; obtaining all necessary decisions, certificates, permits, approvals, and concessions for handover and operation; preparation of as-built documentation, operating instructions, workstation instructions, commissioning documentation, test instructions, trial and regulatory operation plan; staff training; warranty obligations, service provision during the warranty period, supply of consumables and spare parts; technical assistance for the first 12 months of operation.
