Design, construction, commissioning, and handover for operation of a Thermal Waste Treatment Plant (ITPO) for municipal waste with high-efficiency energy recovery in Wysokie Mazowieckie as a turnkey project: preparation of project, construction, technological, and installation documentation including permits; supply of necessary equipment and materials; preparatory works; construction works for buildings, structures, access roads, maneuvering areas, fire roads, external connections, and technological, sanitary, power supply, electrical, I&C, CCTV, and fire protection networks and installations; necessary dismantling, demolition, and removal of collisions; installation of equipment for technological, sanitary, power supply, electrical, I&C, IT, CCTV, and fire protection networks and installations; commissioning, trial operation, regulatory operation, and warranty operation; obtaining all necessary decisions, certificates, permits, approvals, and concessions for handover and operation; preparation of as-built documentation, operating instructions, workplace instructions, commissioning documentation, test instructions, trial and regulatory operation plan; training of staff and operators; warranty obligations, service during the warranty period, supply of consumables and spare parts; technical assistance for the first 12 months of operation.
