Design, Construction, and Technical Assistance for ATMP Hub Cell Therapy Center

Design, construction, and technical assistance for the refunctionalization of building C3 at Fundeni Clinical Institute to establish an ATMP Hub Advanced Cell Therapy Research and Production Center: Design (DTAC, DTOE, PT+DDE phases), execution of construction/refurbishment works, technical assistance from the designer during the execution period, including supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of medical equipment and facilities. This includes cryogenic storage equipment (cryogenic tank, external LN₂ container with distribution system), safety and enclosure monitoring systems (assisted ventilation, fire extinguishing, temperature/humidity monitoring, video surveillance), cell therapy product processing and quality control equipment (cell processing system, centrifuges, laminar flow hood, incubator, -30°C/-80°C freezers, refrigerator, chemical fume hood), and microbiological testing and control equipment (bacteria/fungi detection system, PCR thermocycler, toxinometer). The contract duration is 19 months (570 days), comprising 4 months (120 days) for design and 16 months (480 days) for execution, with a 1-month (30 days) overlap between the design and execution phases. The warranty period for the works is 60 months (1,800 days).
