Hospital Logistics Planning for New Clinic Center Westerstede
Consulting and planning services for the optimization, updating, and support of the holistic hospital logistics concept for the healthcare district: Divided into new construction and existing buildings, and chronologically into Phase 1 (interim logistics concept) and Phase 2 (target logistics concept). The scope of services includes five consecutive service phases (LPH), which exclusively relate to the specialized logistics planning: LPH 1 (basic evaluation & inventory analysis with as-is analysis, construction/logistics interface check, project separation), LPH 2 (logistics master plan & process optimization with updating of the rough concept, technology deepening including RFID, drone transport, pneumatic tube system, AMR, schedule, cost estimation), LPH 3 (detailed planning & system definition with detailed concept, BPMN process modeling, warehouse dimensioning), LPH 4 (AMR test run, TCO consideration & tender preparation with real AMR test run, economic feasibility study, participation in the awarding of final logistics systems), LPH 5 (commissioning, ramp-up phase and completion with implementation support, interface tests, acceptance process, employee training, final report). Optional service: Preparation of a risk assessment for mixed operation of humans and machines (including according to DIN EN ISO 3691-4), call-off at the discretion of the client.
