Planning of Alkotás Street-Westsik Vilmos Road Connector
Planning services for a connecting road: Review and design of interventions at the starting junction Fészek utca-Alkotás utca in Nyíregyháza; design of junction(s) on Road No. 38 (Tokaji út) and the end junction of Road No. 3822 (Szamos utca); design of a 2x1 lane connecting road (outer and inner city type, for two-way traffic) between national road junctions; design of all necessary junctions, infrastructure elements, and ancillary facilities for the new transport network. Relocation of an existing Kerék utca-Acél utca level road-rail crossing on railway line No. 80 (Budapest-Miskolc-Szerencs-Nyíregyháza), including planning and permitting for its removal and new construction. Investigation of service possibilities for the road crossing-Tokaji út-Repülőtér utca section on railway line No. 80 according to the current zoning plan. Investigation of an alternative route (road crossing-Sirály utca-Tokaji út-Repülőtér utca section) on railway line No. 80, also serving the existing fuel station near the Sirály utca junction on main road No. 38, including planning of necessary junctions and connections on the main road. Investigation and planning of access for areas served by Árvácska utca from the main road, including preparation of related zoning plan work parts. Preparation of decision-making documentation and studies based on traffic dimensioning, their documentation, and consultation with Magyar Közút NZrt. Planning of permit and execution plans for the main road junction(s) on Road No. 38, to be pre-approved by Magyar Közút NZrt., and all ancillary facilities for the future implementation of the junction(s). Total length: 5,600 m. Application of Government Decree 235/2024. (VIII. 8.) on environmental requirements. Further items as per the tender documents.
