Container facility for accommodation and office areas: Planning, turnkey construction, operation, maintenance, and dismantling of an approx. 7,000 m² facility at Werratal Barracks Bad Salzungen; including all planning, supervision, coordination, expert, and testing services, as well as all supply and disposal lines from the respective handover point. The facility will be rented for 22 months and subsequently dismantled. Used, as-new containers are permissible. Handover of the ready-to-occupy facility must occur within a maximum of 22 weeks after contract award.

Maintenance and inspection services for manually and power-operated systems with and without hold-open devices

Maintenance and inspection services for the following systems: 530 units of manually operated swing doors (144 units with hold-open devices (FSA) and 386 units without FSA), 18 units of power-operated swing doors (with and without FSA), 1 unit of power-operated revolving door, 3 units of power-operated sliding gates (without FSA), 2 units of power-operated folding gates (without FSA), 17 units of manually operated folding gates (without FSA), 54 units of power-operated sectional gates, 62 units of manually operated sectional gates, 16 units of manually operated up-and-over doors, 1 unit of manually operated swing gate, 1 unit of power-operated swing gate, 6 units of power-operated barrier systems, 1 unit of power-operated bollard system. Maintenance for doors is to be performed once or twice per year (revolving door twice), including one of four annual functional tests for 151 units of hold-open devices according to DIN 14677. An annual safety inspection for 86 power-operated systems must be carried out according to ASR A1.7 and DGUV Grundsatz 308-006, concurrently with maintenance. A DGUV inspection (V4) for 230 fixed systems is to be performed every 4 years with maintenance, including initial inspection of previously uninspected electrical system components and application of inspection stickers. Documentation of all systems and hold-open devices is performed annually with maintenance. Detailed inventory lists (according to Annex C-04-Musterbestandsliste) are to be created and maintained. For on-demand cases, additional monthly functional tests for 8 FSA per year, provision and creation of operating/inspection logs, provision of a mobile elevating work platform (max. 3 days per year, working height = max. system height + 25%), and unscheduled breakdown services (hourly rate, surcharges, and travel costs to be specified) are to be planned. Timber construction, steel construction, window, and facade cladding works for the extension building of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUKN) in Berlin-Mitte: approx. 145 m³ glulam columns, approx. 50 m³ glulam edge beams, approx. 3,150 m² cross-laminated timber ceilings D 240 mm including steel components and fire protection cladding, approx. 890 m² non-load-bearing external wall elements in timber frame construction made of laminated veneer lumber including insulation and cladding, approx. 360 m² hip roof elements with integrated dormers in timber frame construction made of laminated veneer lumber including insulation and cladding, approx. 155 m² non-load-bearing F90 external wall as a multi-part drywall construction. Additionally, approx. 5 tons of steel beams, approx. 38 tons of steel angles for supporting the ceilings, approx. 19 tons of steel frames as a mansard roof construction. Material requirements according to quality level 5 apply, and all materials must be declared regarding their ingredients/properties (Annex 02 “Declaration Tables” in Excel, technical data sheets and safety data sheets according to 1907/2006/EG).
