Planning, Construction, and Operation of a Gigabit Network for Riedenburg

Planning, construction, and operation of a Gigabit network: Service concession under the economic viability gap model for all advertised addresses based on Gigabit-RL 2.0; the objective is the Gigabit supply of expansion areas with Gigabit-capable broadband connections of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrical under peak load conditions, with up- and download rates at least doubling. The expansion area is defined in the "B-Leistungsbeschreibung" and its annexes (maps B1, B1.1 to B1.2, address lists B2, B2.1 to B2.2). The construction and operation of the Gigabit network with bandwidths of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrical under peak load conditions will be technology-neutral. The scope includes passive network infrastructure (civil engineering services, empty conduits with cables, shafts, distributors, house connections, network termination devices) and active technology for network operation. The construction of wired Gigabit networks covers all network parts, including network termination in the building of each advertised address, subject to landowner consent. Implementation must comply with the requirements of Gigabit-RR 2.0, Gigabit-RL 2.0, the grant decision, BNBest-Gigabit, the material concept, and guidelines for passive infrastructure dimensioning.
