Technical Planning Services for Expansion and Renovation of Riedenburg Primary and Secondary School

Technical planning services for the expansion and renovation of the primary and secondary school in Riedenburg. The overall project comprises three construction phases, with the first phase for full-day care facilities to be completed by the 2029/2030 school year. Further phases include the modernization of existing building sections, adaptations to structural, energy, and fire protection requirements, and the creation of contemporary learning and common areas. Energy-efficient renovation is planned to reduce operating costs and improve the learning environment. The non-binding eligible costs for the overall measure are net: KG 300 Building construction 12,965,381.05 €; AG 1 Wastewater, water, and gas systems 1,080,448.42 €; AG 2 Heating systems 1,440,597.89 €; AG 3 Air conditioning systems including refrigeration systems 1,440,597.89 €; AG 4 High-voltage systems 1,440,597.89 €; AG 5 Telecommunication and information technology systems 720,298.95 €; AG 6 Conveyor systems, especially elevator systems 216,089.68 €; AG 7 Usage-specific and process engineering systems 360,149.47 €; AG 8 Building automation 504,209.26 €.
