Planning for Renovation and Maintenance of Buildings in the Kali-Spat-Erz Remediation Area
Planning services for the structural basic renovation of the 'Petersenschacht' building complex in Sondershausen, including damage to roof/facade, basic pipelines, building foundation, and window renovation. Additionally, planning services for traffic safety of further LMBV-owned buildings at the locations Elbingerode, Rottleberode, Wimmelburg, Bischofferode, and Wipperdorf are to be provided. The scope of services follows HOAI 2021 for §34 Buildings and Interiors (Annex 10 Point 10.1 HOAI), §43 Engineering Structures (Annex 12 Point 12.1 HOAI), and §51 Structural Engineering (Annex 14 Point 14.1 HOAI).
