Planning, delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a comprehensive networked locking/access control system for AOK Bayern

Framework agreement for the planning, delivery, installation, commissioning, documentation, and maintenance of a comprehensive electronic locking and access control system for approximately 200 AOK Bayern locations in Bavaria. The system is based on the SALTO SPACE access management platform from SALTO Systems, S.L., which is already in use at several locations for approximately 890 doors and 3,800 users. Currently, approximately 2,267 doors are equipped with electronic access systems. Services include the delivery and installation of online and offline access components, fittings, cylinders, readers, controllers, distribution cabinets, power supplies, lock components, and all necessary hardware and software components for operation, including digital documentation. The framework agreement will be concluded with three framework partners. The highest-ranked partner receives an initial call-off for locations in the Southern regional area. The second and third-ranked partners become additional framework partners. For locations in the Eastern and Northern regional areas, as well as the BIZ, mini-competitions will be held among the framework partners, further items as per the tender documents.
