Design, supply, installation, and commissioning of photovoltaic systems for five facilities, including associated construction works. The contract covers design, obtaining permits, execution, commissioning, and handover of micro-installations to the DSO, along with as-built documentation. Works include mounting PV panels on roofs with supporting structures and wiring, installing PV distribution boards, and connecting them to the electrical system. A measurement system for monitoring, remote reading, registration, and reporting of electricity production (instantaneous and cumulative energy production in kWh, current power in kW, fault detection) and a power guard are specified. Lightning protection systems will be adapted, a fire-fighting power switch and a reactive power compensation system installed. Ancillary construction works such as penetrations, mounting holes, installation passages, their sealing, and repair of damaged finishes are also part of the scope. An EU information board (80x40 cm) is to be supplied and installed. The quality guarantee and warranty period for defects are each 60 months from final acceptance. The investment is co-financed by European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027.
