Planning, realization, and construction of a joint exhibition stand for Hamburg Tourismus GmbH (HHT) at ITB Berlin 2027: presentation of HHT and Hamburg co-exhibitors; scope includes project and execution planning, exhibition stand construction, floor, wall, and ceiling constructions, furniture and equipment, graphics and advertising technology, lighting, electrical installation, media technology, transport, logistics, assembly, disassembly, and on-site construction management. Also included are coordination with the client, Messe Berlin, and other service providers/partners, including necessary technical planning, orders, and permits. The contract is for an indefinite period, with initial service provision for ITB Berlin 2027 and contractually defined extension options from 2028 for subsequent years.
