Design services, technical assistance, and construction works for the modernization and expansion of Suceava "Ștefan cel Mare" Airport: Preparation of the technical project, execution details, specifications, technical documentation for demolition, construction, and organization permits (D.T.A.D., D.T.A.C., D.T.O.E.), documentation for obtaining approvals/agreements/authorizations, fire safety scenario, occupational safety and health plan, physical security risk analysis, energy performance certificate. Stage I (Design Services) includes preparing the mentioned documentation, obtaining permits/approvals/authorizations (costs borne by the contractor), technical projects and execution details including quantity surveys and bills of quantities, as well as the occupational safety and health plan and physical security risk analysis. Stage II (Execution and Technical Assistance) covers the execution of construction and installation works based on design documents and the construction permit, technical assistance from the designer during execution, and the preparation of the final fire safety scenario, as-built documentation, documentation for obtaining operating authorizations for the passenger terminal and ALA shelter, and the energy performance certificate. Stage III (Technical Assistance during Warranty Period) involves technical assistance from the designer during the warranty period. The total contract duration is 90 months: 5 months for design, 19 months for execution and technical assistance during execution, 60 months for technical assistance during the warranty period, and 6 months for post-contracting activities. The warranty for the works is a minimum of 5 years, with an option to extend up to a maximum of 7 years. The building is classified in Category “B”.
