Design services, technical assistance, and construction works for the modernization and expansion of Suceava "Ștefan cel Mare" Airport: Preparation of the technical project, execution details, specifications, technical documentation for demolition authorization (D.T.A.D.), construction authorization (D.T.A.C.), and work organization (D.T.O.E.), documentation for obtaining approvals/agreements/authorizations, fire safety scenario, occupational safety and health plan, physical security risk analysis, energy performance certificate. The services comprise three stages: Stage I (Design Services) includes the preparation of the mentioned documentation, with the contractor bearing the costs for approvals and agreements. Stage II (Execution and Technical Assistance) covers the execution of construction and installation works based on the documentation prepared in Stage I and the construction authorization, technical assistance from the designer during execution, and the preparation of the final fire safety scenario, as-built documentation, documentation for operating authorizations for the passenger terminal and ALA shelter, and the energy performance certificate. Stage III (Technical Assistance during Warranty Period) involves technical assistance from the designer during the warranty period of the works. The total contract duration is 90 months, including 5 months for design documentation, 19 months for execution and technical assistance during execution, 60 months for technical assistance during the warranty period, and 6 months for post-contracting activities. The minimum warranty for the works is 5 years, extendable up to a maximum of 7 years. The building is classified in Category "B".
