Design and Execution of Construction and Installation Works for the Consolidation and Energy Efficiency of the Pietricica Administrative Building

Design and execution of construction and installation works: development of the technical project (PT) and execution details (DDE), including the program for quality control of construction works in critical phases, specifications per specialty for work execution, and the general budget with quantity lists; development of an “as-built” project; energy certificate for the building; final fire safety scenario; technical assistance from the designer during the execution and warranty period. The verification of technical documentation (PT, DDE, site instructions, site notes, additional execution details, as-built project, final fire safety scenario) by certified verifiers is the responsibility of the contractor. All design services must comply with DNSH (“Do no significant harm”) requirements as stipulated in Article 17 of EU Regulation 2020/852. Construction and installation works include the consolidation and thermal rehabilitation of the Pietricica administrative building, decommissioning of Annex C2, demolition of section 4 of the Pietricica C1 administrative building, and connections to water, sewage, electricity, and natural gas. The works will be carried out based on the technical execution project, which will detail the technical solution identified in the DALI phase and presented in DTAC and DTAD, annexed to construction permit no. 03/26.01.2026. All works must comply with DNSH requirements as stipulated in Article 17 of EU Regulation 2020/852, further items as per the tender documents.
