The supervisor is responsible for the timely, cost-effective, and qualitative realization of the construction works, including monitoring the construction schedule, verifying resources (materials, equipment, personnel, technologies), cost control, managing technical changes, and minimizing claims. Specific objectives include ensuring execution quality according to regulations, accurate quantity and cost assessment, monitoring contractor mobilization and material supply, and ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
