Design and Execution of Works for the Fărcașa Intelligent Specialization Park

Design and execution of works for the Fărcașa Intelligent Specialization Park, Maramureș County, according to project no. 401/2023: Construction of access from DJ 108A with an intersection and a roundabout, internal vehicle road including pedestrian sidewalks, land parceling for future industrial halls, including a service lot, a parking lot, and a technical spaces lot with a water reservoir and network technical spaces. Also included are the construction of a concrete platform for smart product testing, a loading/unloading area, a perimeter earth dike for flood protection with an integrated bicycle path, additional internal bicycle paths, green spaces, and a parking area for trucks and cars, equipped with 2 charging stations of 163 KW/3 connectors. Furthermore, installations for water supply, sewage, electricity connections, rainwater drainage, street lighting, park lighting, and exterior landscaping are part of the scope.
