Design and construction works for railway lines 140 and 169: Line 140 from km 19.640 to km 23.425; Line 169 from km 0.572 to km 17.484. The scope includes the preparation of executive design documentation with all required opinions, approvals, and permits, the execution of all construction works according to the approved design, and preparatory works. Furthermore, it covers the conformity assessment of each structural subsystem at all stages (design, construction, final testing) with the submission of EC verification declarations and certificates, and the obtaining of operating permits for the subsystems. An option right for the Interface is included. A detailed description of the subject matter is provided in the Functional-Utility Program (PFU), Volume III of the tender specifications.
