Design and author's supervision for the Northern bypass road of Gorna Oryahovitsa, 9.3 km: Section 1 as new construction from road III-514 to municipal road VTR-1054; Section 2 as reconstruction of a part of municipal road VTR-1054; Section 3 as new construction from municipal road VTR-1054 to road III-5003. Preparation of an investment project in the Technical Project phase and execution of author's supervision. The technical project includes parts for Geodesy, Geology and Hydrogeology, Road, Structural, Landscape and Recultivation, Safety and Health, Environmental Protection Plan (PUCO), and Fire Safety. The tender is conditional on funding as per Art. 114 ZOP.
