Planning and Permits for the Expansion of Lewandów Street: Development of the construction project and executive designs, along with obtaining necessary administrative decisions for the expansion of Lewandów Street on the section from Głębocka Street to the city limits of Warsaw. This includes preparatory works, obtaining environmental decisions (DŚU) with all necessary studies (Project Information Card, environmental impact report if required), obtaining administrative decisions for the start of construction (road investment permit) with all necessary documentation, development of promotional and informational materials, development of the construction project with geotechnical documentation, development of executive designs, development of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, development of maps with proposed property division, development of bills of quantities, preparation of an investor's cost estimate and a cost estimate form for the offer, preparation of responses to contractor questions and potential modifications of documents during the tender procedure, author's supervision during the execution of construction works, and the transfer of intellectual property rights, including copyrights, as well as granting all consents and authorizations for their modification and the exercise of dependent rights.
