Planning of Traffic and Outdoor Facilities for New Fire Station Adelsdorf
Planning services for traffic and outdoor facilities: New construction of a one- to two-story, non-basement fire station in solid construction with 9 parking spaces and 1 wash bay in Adelsdorf on an approximately 7,900 m² plot, including connection to district road ERH 16. Basic services of service phases 1 to 8 of the service profile object planning "Traffic Facilities" (§ 45 para. 1 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 13 No. 13.1) are provided, along with special and other services. The new building considers GEG standards with ecological building and insulation materials and a district heating connection. Soil investigations revealed sandy-silty, partly clayey and slightly gravelly soils; groundwater level approximately 0.7 to 0.8 m below ground level; minor contaminant quantities without exceedances of auxiliary values.
