Planning of traffic facilities for the new construction of a section of the A44 between construction km 13+130.000 (south side) or 13+640.000 (north side) and approximately construction km 19+500, including the conversion of the Ratingen-Ost motorway triangle (A3 / A44) into a motorway interchange and the completion of the Heiligenhaus interchange (A44 / B227). The task includes preliminary design (Lph. 3) and detailed design (Lph. 5) according to HOAI, Section 4 Traffic Facilities, for the A44 traffic facility between construction km 18+500 and approximately construction km 19+500, the Heiligenhaus interchange traffic facility, and the L 156 for connection to the Heiligenhaus interchange. Furthermore, the phase-by-phase conversion, dismantling, and final construction of the provisionally developed Heiligenhaus interchange must be planned while maintaining traffic flow, including the development of traffic-phase-related measures to ensure continuous traffic flow (provisional road layouts, diversions, and temporary provisions for junctions, turning, and merging areas). The dismantling of the asphalted construction site area in the Heiligenhaus interchange area is also to be planned.
