Planning of Water and Sewerage Systems and Construction Supervision for ViK Stara Zagora

Planning of water supply and sewerage systems, facilities, and service buildings, including author's supervision during construction, for the area served by ViK EOOD Stara Zagora: Project design according to ZUT (Law on Spatial Planning), adhering to principles of efficiency, efficacy, and economy; author's supervision as per Art. 162 ZUT, including control of designer's instructions, ensuring compliance with the investment project, and making technical decisions for project changes during construction. Services will be commissioned via technical assignments based on the contracting authority's needs and financial capabilities. Contract duration 48 months. The deadline for project design is individually negotiated per project, starting from the receipt of the technical assignment until the project handover protocol. The deadline for author's supervision extends from the opening of the construction site until the signing of Acceptance Act Appendix No. 15.
