Project design and execution of all works for energy efficiency increase at Marin Sorescu Art High School Craiova, buildings C1 and C2: technical quality verification of the technical project and execution details, preparation of documentation for obtaining necessary permits/approvals for the building permit (for expired permits requiring new documentation), preparation of documentation for PAC and POE, preparation of the technical execution project (PT + DE, CS), technical assistance from the designer during the execution of works until final acceptance, verification of design documentation by certified project verifiers, energy performance certificate upon completion of works for buildings C1 and C2, technical book of the construction, project for long-term monitoring of construction behavior, designer's opinion at final acceptance, As-Built documentation, documentation for obtaining the fire safety permit, procurement of all necessary materials, products, machinery, means, and equipment (including any lifting or handling equipment), any temporary activity or work necessary for site preparation, or any permit required by the Contractor from competent authorities for the execution of works and temporary activities, transport to the site of any materials, machinery, components, and work equipment, any relevant testing as required by legislation and regulations in the field of quality assurance in construction, any consumables necessary for the execution of works and testing, normal and extraordinary maintenance of the works until their handover to the Contracting Authority, activities and consumables necessary for keeping the site clean and functional, dismantling and removal of any temporary works or activities, preparation of any documentation necessary for the Contractor for the execution and design of works (including general schedules, quality plans, control plans, material certifications and test results, and own health and safety plan), documentation of information for the technical book of the construction (including operational instructions). The services and works are detailed in the terms of reference no. 204015/16.06.2026 and the technical documentation and must comply with DNSH principles and the Applicant's Guide; further items as per the tender documents.
