Feasibility study for rainwater networks in Craiova

Feasibility study for the construction and extension of rainwater networks in Craiova, in the area of Mall Promenada (Stăvilar) - Râului Canal - Șerca Stream: preparation of complete, mature, and approvable technical-economic documentation for investment objective AXA 1 according to H.G. no. 907/2016, including documentation for permits and approvals, field investigations, and supporting documents. The study involves defining the optimal solution for the construction of section I (Mall Promenada weir area to the intersection of Râului Street and Gheorghe Bibescu Street), construction of a new collector (from the intersection of Râului Street and Ilie Balaci Boulevard to the discharge into Șerca Stream, Cantonament Luncă area, including overflow collection from Râului Street collector), discharge of the new collector into Șerca Stream, embankment of Șerca Stream (section between Cantonament Luncă and the property limit of Craiova Municipality), and integration of controlled discharge, energy dissipation, pre-treatment, and monitoring works. The feasibility study must demonstrate hydraulic efficiency, technical feasibility, economic sustainability, environmental compliance, and compatibility with the existing pluvial system and other master plan interventions.
