Design and construction works for the grid connection of a public electric vehicle charging station on plot 27/1, district 8 in Domanin: preparation of building and executive design documentation (Phase I), including all legally required opinions, agreements, decisions, and acquisition of property rights according to the Functional-Utility Program (PFU); execution of construction and assembly works (Phase II) based on the design documentation prepared by the contractor and approved by the contracting authority; use of software, materials, products, or devices exclusively from EU member states or third countries that are parties to the WTO Government Procurement Agreement or other international agreements with the EU; exclusion of ICT products, services, or processes identified as high-risk or negatively impacting state security; no partial offers allowed; warranty according to contract terms; tender value at or above EU thresholds.
