Design and Engineering Services for the Central Transport Terminal Jihlava, Phase II: Update of the urban-architectural study, execution of survey works (geodetic, engineering-geological, hydrogeological, corrosion, dendrological), preparation of an impact assessment on local mobility (AID, public transport, pedestrians, cyclists), preparation of documentation for demolition (if required), preparation of project documentation for the building permit, provision of engineering activities during the construction phase leading to the final permit, preparation of project documentation for construction execution including an itemized list of construction works, supplies, and services with quantity survey, cooperation in selecting the construction contractor, and performance of designer's supervision.
