Preparation of design and cost documentation for the reconstruction of the PFRON building at al. Jana Pawła II 13 in Warsaw: complete, multi-disciplinary project documentation including executive designs (specialized), architectural-functional building concept, and site development plan. This involves obtaining all required maps, technical conditions, agreements, and administrative decisions on behalf of the contracting authority to enable the tender procedure and construction works, including obtaining a building permit or construction notification. Optional services include: author's supervision of construction works with a maximum of 30 site visits; updating investor cost estimates with a maximum of 4 updates; updating technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works with a maximum of 4 updates; substantive support for the contracting authority during the preparation and conduct of the public procurement procedure for construction works, up to 200 working hours.
