Design and Cost Documentation for Sports Hall Expansion and Underground Parking Construction in Starachowice

Notice title: „Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowo – kosztorysowej rozbudowy i przebudowy istniejącego budynku Miejskiej Hali Sportowej oraz budowy wolnostojącego podziemnego parkingu wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną i komunikacyjną oraz przebudową drogi wewnętrznej przy al. św. Jana Pawła II 22 w Starachowicach” w ramach zadania: „Modernizacja Miejskiej Hali Sportowej”.

Design and cost documentation: Expansion and reconstruction of the existing Municipal Sports Hall, construction of a freestanding underground parking garage with necessary technical and communication infrastructure, and reconstruction of the internal road at al. św. Jana Pawła II 22 in Starachowice. The service is divided into two stages: Stage I covers the expansion and reconstruction of the existing Municipal Sports Hall; Stage II includes the construction of a multi-level parking garage next to the existing Sports Hall, the construction of a freestanding underground parking garage, and the reconstruction of the internal road on the premises of School and Preschool Complex No. 4. The completed building is intended for all users, including persons with disabilities. Detailed scope of design work as per Annex No. 1. The tender allows for offering equivalent materials or solutions.
