Revitalization of Green Spaces in Stadion and Harcerska Settlements, Phase I

Revitalization of green spaces in the Majówka, Stadion, Harcerska, Żeromskiego settlements, Phase I (Stadion and Harcerska settlements): Construction of blue-green infrastructure and landscaping for selected courtyards of residential settlements in Starachowice. This includes increasing accessibility for disabled persons, modernizing pedestrian paths and their surfaces, and renewing street furniture such as benches and waste bins. Infiltration basins (depressions in the terrain) with native perennials and shrubs will be created to collect surface rainwater. Surfaces will be modernized by removing parts of the hardened areas (demolition) and replacing them with plantings of perennials, shrubs, and trees using infiltration technology. Newly planned parking areas will feature permeable concrete grid slabs. The green areas in the courtyards will be adapted for use by disabled persons, including new benches with wheelchair-friendly surfaces and waste bins. For general construction and planting works, employment under an employment contract as per Art. 22 § 1 of the Labor Code of June 26, 1974, is required. The detailed scope of services is described in the executive project, technical specification, and bill of quantities.
