Planning services and construction supervision for the reconstruction of the LUNA building: Preparation of project documentation for issuing a change to the building permit before completion (DPZ), execution planning (DPS), and designer supervision (DP) during the construction of the reconstruction of the five-story LUNA building (construction no. 13058) on Lidická Street in Havířov. The building, completed in 1994 and to be used as a senior citizens' home after reconstruction, will undergo internal and partially external structural modifications. The reconstruction includes the modernization and improvement of services, adjustment of the layout, thorough solutions for evacuation and escape routes, adaptation of structural parameters and technical equipment, insulation, and replacement of external windows and doors. The capacity of the senior citizens' home will increase from 185 to 217 residents.
