Planning services for roof renovation of Chancellery and Residence in Conakry: basic evaluation and preliminary planning including concept development for an optimal roof structure for both buildings, examination of transport options for materials and components to be procured in Germany, coordination with AV and BfAA to ensure compliance with costs, scheduling, and local building regulations, including documentation; preparation of tender documents; design planning in German, including functional performance description for components and technical systems with detailed requirements and specifications; execution planning in collaboration with manufacturers for modules and safety elements, including coordination and interface planning, consultation on execution, workshop, and assembly planning, review and evaluation of plans; preparation and participation in awarding (LPh 6 and LPh 7) for construction services, including consultation on local awards if necessary; site supervision with spot-check monitoring and documentation of execution by local construction companies, facilitation of client decisions, change management, conflict resolution, project meetings if necessary, systematic compilation of final documentation, performance and functional testing, preparation and participation in acceptance and handover, monitoring of defect rectification, and coordination of complete final documentation; further items as per the tender documents.
