This includes clarifying fundamental questions regarding earthquake safety of buildings and technical systems, calculating response spectra for assessing earthquake safety using suitable modeling procedures including the ESHM 2020 hazard model, integrating technical systems in buildings from an earthquake safety perspective, expert opinions for interim and new leases, advice on existing local and German expert reports regarding earthquake safety, and on-site inspections of buildings and technical systems if available documentation is insufficient for a reliable assessment.

General planning services (service phases 1-8 according to HOAI) for the conversion and renovation of the chancellery building of the German Embassy in Dakar, Senegal.
